Depending on your goals and schedule we can tailor sessions from as little as 30 minutes per session. I focus on delivering content driven sessions, the more time we have the more things we can work on. However, if you want to work on specifics the 30/45 minutes may be all you need.

Fitness Assessments

Fitness Assessments are a great way to find out what your current abilities are across disciplines such as strength, endurance, flexibility and cardio.

This fitness assessment is much more in-depth and focuses on other factors which allow me to get a better understanding of your body.
