I used to hate doing any form of exercise but now I actually look forward to going to my sessions!!

I can not recommend Kate more highly. Having had two children, desperate to get my figure back, along with toning up, Kate has focused my mind not only on exercise but my nutrition as well.
Being a mum of two herself, Kate understands the difficulty in finding time to exercise and has been really flexible in making it possible. Her positive attitude, detailed tailored exercise workouts, which work every area along with her positive motivation and specific nutrition plan makes me leave feeling energised and having had a good workout.

I have been training with The Body Architect for 4 years - she has seen me through post ski accident re-hab, pregnancy, post-natal fitness and weightloss (took my baby to sessions) and I am now on track to get back to being super fit and healthy in my late forties.
